All orders are taken through our website at www.hopandpeck.co.uk.
If you have any specific requirements, you would like a bespoke product designed or have a high quantity order then please don't hesitate to call us on 01799 588 076.
We aim to offer you our full collection via our website, however if due to high demand we are out of stock and you would really like to get your hands on a particular product then please e-mail us on hello@hopandpeck.co.uk and we will do what we can to make it for you.
When items are in stock we aim to delivery your product within 5-7 working days, however due to the handmade nature of this product it can sometimes take up to 7-10 days. If this is the case we will notify you in advance. Certain larger products carry a longer delivery time and can take up to 21 days.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Americal Express, Switch, Delta and Solo, through secure paypal payment system.
Delivery
UK orders have a standard delivery of between £3.95 for smaller items to £5.90 with the exception of our very larger products, where a higher postage and package cost applies. Please refer to individual products for the specific costs. For Overseas deliveries please e-mail us about the products you are interested in and we will provide you will a cost for postage and packaging.
International Delivery
Please e-mail us at hello@hopandpeck.co.uk for delivery charges for your specific order. Our shipping costs are based Solely on the weight/size of the product and the shipping destination - no added extras
Due to a popular demand for overseas order requests we are working hard to make these costs visible on the website. We hope to have this ready very soon. However in the meantime please do e-mail us and we will be happy to supply you with the shipping cost specific to your order.

If the product is in-stock we will despatch it within 3-5 working days of order.
Shipping time:
Delivery to Western Europe within five to seven working days from despatch and Eastern Europe within five to seven working days from despatch
Delivery to the rest of the world in 10 working days
